What is EMSella

A breakthrough treatment for incontinence and confidence. This unique technology revolutionizes intimate health and wellness in males and females by providing those suffering from incontinence with a completely non-invasive option.

How It Works

EMSELLA utilizes electromagnetic energy to deliver thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions in a single session. These contractions re-educate the muscles of incontinent patients.

Tired Of The Got To Go Feeling?

Pelvic floor muscles are the layer of muscles that support the pelvic organs and span the bottom of the pelvis. Strong pelvic floor muscles give you control over your bladder and bowel. Weakened pelvic floor muscles mean your internal organs are not fully supported & you may have difficulty controlling the release of urine.

Real Patients. Real Confidence.

About Our Practice

Shali Reynolds is our owner and a nurse practitioner for over 20 years. Additionally, she has an extensive history in the Savannah medical community. After graduating from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 1998, she worked for a busy neurosurgery practice for 7 years.

Additional specialties following that included pain management, hospice/palliative care, and surgical/non-surgical weight loss. Shali developed a growing frustration for evolving health care practices, prescription overuse/misuse. She recognized that each generation is sicker than the one before. As a result, she transitioned into the world of natural medicine in 2014.
